Our team at the Bercel Castle, has been working on the development of a truely HUMAN Human Resource Management – in our terminology H2R – since 2004.
Twenty years later in 2024 we decided to launch a reflective cooperation with our partners.
We have created an ideal environment, an H2R laboratory in Bercel for companies, organisations and communities that want to develop futher their organisational structure. Historically companies focussed on “Shareholder value” which was followed by “Stakeholder value” models, and perhaps it is time for the third way.
