An analogue training site

The Bercel Castle team, has been working on the theme of H2R, Human Human Resources Management since 2004.

One of the most important features of the events we organise – be it corporate training, gatherings of friends or family celebrations – is the embeddedness in nature, in the natural, in the analogue. Yes, we have nightingales singing at night, roosters crowing in the morning, and in the afternoon we can hear the horses of the Thousand Angels Riding School or the geese of the Székely Farm. These sounds are sources of healing for analogue creatures, like we, Human beings are.

It’s worth turning off the noise of the digital world for a few hours to give our nervous system time and opportunity to heal the wounds it has suffered.
