For more than a quarter of a century, Bercel Castle and its surroundings have been offering special facilities for small weddings.
The Castle has 15 double rooms and our guest house has 5 double and one quadruple room. There is also space for a wedding tent in the park. The shade of the three giant elm trees in the middle of the castle park provides a cosy setting for civil ceremonies.
One of the main attractions of the Bercel Castle, and the centrepiece of all weddings held here, is our beautifully arched staircase with white balustrades, green plants and occasional lights, which creates an elegant atmosphere for the photographs of the newlyweds.
Bercel’s 250-year-old church, named after Saints Peter and Paul, is easily accessible on foot or horse-drawn carriage on top of a small hill, with a wonderful indoor and outdoor view for couples seeking heavenly blessings.
Heavenly blessings!
If you think so too, let Bercel Castle be your family castle for your wedding! We can help you to ask for blessing hands, find the right Gospel and literary quotes for you, plan the ideal outdoor and indoor setting, decorations and a variety of additional activities. You will also be able to walk and give thanks for one-another in the 20-acre Biblical Park adjacent to the Castle Park.
